We use a variety of different types of paper, we often change paper types to keep each piece fresh and unique. We will always have a textured and a smooth paper for you to choose from
When selecting paper we also ensure that is is acid free, archival quality and as sustainable as we can get.
For ink we use a variety of fineliners from 0.5mm down to 0.03mm depending on the paper, all inks are pigment based so they are water resistant and light fast.

Yes!
We do not do financial receipts in the package. If you want them to know who sent it, please write a short "To/From" message in the Order Notes box at checkout.

We offer digital gift cards in different amounts to suit every gift budget. They are perfect if you aren't sure which map location or style the recipient would prefer.
Custom Orders

To get started, visit our Custom Map page, here you will find all the details. You can customise your map and then once completed, add the size and paper type to the cart you would like and then check out.
If you have any trouble with the form, you can reach out for help here.
Once the order goes through we will be in contact within 24 hours. We will send you a digital proof. We do not start the plotting process until you are happy with the design, we can accommodate reasonable adjustments.

For our custom maps, you can select the specific location, the scale (zoom level) and if you would like any custom text on the map. Please note that plotting extremely large areas can be difficult due to the level of detail required, but we will confirm what is possible during the proofing phase.

Currently, our signature look is Black Ink on White Paper, if you want a different line colour, make a note in the form and we can see what can be done. However, we offer a range of custom colours for the map marker. If you have a specific colour combination in mind (e.g., for a wedding theme or brand colour), please Contact Us and we will see if we can make it happen for you.

We can say that we are working on launching more sizes soon. There is a waitlist on A3 currently so if you are interested make sure to sign up.

Yes!
You can have more than one map marker, just tick the option in the form and drop the pins on the locations.
Please note that we are unable to label each marker
Receiving Your PLOT IT Piece

That is normal, each of our pieces are done with real felt tips pens, this means that each stroke will have a natural uncontrollable variance. This is what give PLOT IT pieces its unique characteristics.

Currently we do not offer framing services, this is something we have planned for the future.
As for why, shipping frames is more expensive and risky but more importantly, we wouldn’t want to do any regular off the shelf frames. We are working on making this an option.
For now, we do not offer framing but all of our prints are in standard sizes and should fit most A4 and A5 frames you can find around the place. If you really want a frame contact us as well may be able to do one offs.

To ensure that the paper arrives in perfect condition, each piece is in a protective sleeve between cardboard and shipped in rigid mailers.

For our curated collections, we aim to ship within 1-2 business days.
For custom orders please allow some extra time to create the map for you as well as make revisions. Once the design is confirmed, it should be shipped within 1-2 days.

Due to our pieces being made to order as well as containing personal details, we are unable to accept change of mind returns.
If you however have serious issues with the piece, please contact us.

Oh no! If the outer packaging is damaged, take detailed images before opening and contact us right away. If the piece inside is affected, take detailed photos and contact us immediately. We will sort it out the best we can.
