Using geographical data, we can construct abstract art by isolating the water from the surrounding terrain to show the truely unique shape of Tasmania’s lakes. This piece captures two of the Central Highlands larger lakes.
Materials:
Drawn on premium A4 300gsm cold pressed watercolour paper using 0.1mm pigment ink. The fine liner work captures the topology of the shorelines and the flatness of the lakes.
